We have a 193 nm laser ablation system (Coherent GeoLas Pro) coupled to our single quadrupole ICP-MS. The laser allows for in situ analysis of geologic materials with less sample cost. We regularly measure major and trace element of minerals. We also set up for in situ U/Pb dating of zircons, apatite, titanite, rutile and various authigenic minerals.
