    主要成果

    在国际上首次揭示新生代大洋Nd同位素组成随水深变化的分层性结构及其随时间的演化,成为Nd同位素研究古海洋环境研究领域的开拓性成果,并重建了太平洋白垩纪晚期以来大洋Nd-Pb同位素演化史,为NdPb同位素成为有效的古海洋学指标作出重要贡献;

    近期在新元古代古海洋环境研究取得重要进展,揭示陡山沱时期浅海呈缺氧富铁,灯影时期浅海发生明显的氧化过程,氧化程度显著高于陡山沱时期,与埃迪克拉动物繁盛期相吻合。而该时期深海仍然保留有缺氧硫化环境。

    先后主持4项国家自然科学基金项目和4项国家其他部委项目,参加3973项目、1项国家自然科学创新群体基金等重大科研项目、以及2项中德合作项目,获教育部“跨世纪人才计划”基金,获教育部和国土资源部科技进步二等奖多项。

    在国内外学术刊物发表论文100多篇(其中国外SCI 29篇,国内SCI 50多篇),至2011年底论文被国内外刊物引用1200多次(h-index指数18),其中被ScienceNature共引用12次,被Geology引用15次;被Earth Planetary Science LettersGeochimica et Cosmochim ActaChemical Geology共引用165次,单篇第一作者论文被SCI引用133次。
